the role |
as a lead culinary specialist at wagamama, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant leadership team, assisting the head chef in guiding your kitchen team in alignment with our values. you will embody our people promise and core leadership behaviors. your responsibilities will include ensuring that every dish prepared by the kitchen team meets our exceptional standards. you will focus on the development and growth of your team, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and high-performing.
