Electromagnetic Compatibility Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetics Design Engineer to join our team at Owen Daniels Consultancy. As an Electromagnetics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including design, development, simulation, and testing of associated system antennas.
Key Responsibilities:- Ownership of full project lifecycle, involving capability and component development and qualification, simulation, design, and testing in conjunction with associated system antennas.
- Identify relevant emerging technologies and direct associated research activity for new product specification development and assessment with customers, product RF design and analysis, and full-scale RF test of new designs using a suite of test ranges that accommodate mechanically scanned, electronically scanned, and fixed antenna systems.
- Degree (preferably higher degree) in electrical/electronic/antenna engineering or physics.
- Experience in RF and antenna product design.
- Experience in the design of antennas (aerospace and defense industry preferred).
- Breadth of Radio Frequency design experience (typical frequency range 2 to 40 GHz).
- Experience in MATLAB programming.
- Possess a 'hands-on' approach in order to perform qualification and product acceptance testing as required.
