Job Opportunity

Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to fill the role of Head of Year 11 at a vibrant and inclusive Secondary school in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic direction of pastoral support across the school, working closely with senior leaders to ensure the success of whole school initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral support to students, ensuring they have the best possible school experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pastoral support strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to achieve whole school goals.
  • Support the regulation of challenging and crisis behaviors.
About the School
