About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Inpatient Services team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an MDT and provide clinical leadership to the team
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Contribute to the Consultant On Call rota and provide out-of-hours cover
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Full GMC registration and Licence to Practise
  • On GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months from time of interview
  • Section 12 approved
  • AC status or within 6 months from time of interview
  • Knowledge, skills and experience relevant to this role
