* Take full ownership of capital expenditure projects, ensuring solutions deliver solid returns on investment.
* Coordinate all activities with internal teams and external vendors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and third parties.
* Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and review invoices to ensure timely delivery within budget.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
* Present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key achievements.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with 5S, TPM, and WCM methodologies.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of industry standards and relevant codes.
* Expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as instrumentation and automation.
* Analytical thinker, capable of addressing complex challenges and delivering practical solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in project management and technical proficiency.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple, technically complex engineering projects simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
