We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Pertemps Redditch Commercial. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

About the Role
  • This is a home-based role with extensive travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with potential for up to 4 nights away from home per week.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through continuous training and development, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Flexibility: You will adapt to varying work schedules and travel requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Administration: You will complete necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time, ensuring seamless record-keeping and reporting.
Requirements
  • You will hold an HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • You will have experience or a willingness to work as a Field Service Engineer, with a strong understanding of technical principles and practices.
  • You will hold a full UK driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • You will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You will be able to adapt to varying work schedules and travel requirements, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • You will be willing and available for extensive travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, with a flexible approach to work and travel arrangements.
