Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced YouTube Manager to join our team. As a YouTube Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel, working closely with our digital marketing and content teams, and developing a content calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with viewers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Develop a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and video production teams to create high-quality video content.
  • Analyze trends in YouTube and competitive audits to inform our content strategy.
  • Monitor engagement through comments and likes, and provide regular analysis on performance.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
  • Experience building a successful YouTube channel from scratch.
  • Strategic video strategy experience, including content creation, distribution, and engagement.
  • Experience working with stakeholders, including video production teams and digital marketing teams.
  • Technical experience in running reports around critical video metrics.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a strong understanding of YouTube analytics.
  • SEO experience working on global domains.
