The Director of Quality will play a pivotal role in driving the company's quality and process improvement initiatives. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this individual will oversee a team of experienced Quality Managers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the cultural transformation of the organization, fostering a proactive and reactive approach to quality and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the Quality Managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to excel in their roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in quality and process improvement, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, highly technical manufacturing environment.
- Relocation to the company's site is required, with a minimum of 5 days per week on-site commitment.
