Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end demand process, utilizing LEAN initiatives to optimize supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end demand process, utilizing LEAN initiatives to optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with Supply Planners to resolve supply and demand conflicts.
- Validate critical demand data, including PLM, seasonality, and family.
- Develop and maintain forecast accuracy, incorporating statistical and added intelligence.
- Input key customer forecasts and ensure accurate demand planning.
- Manage the Demand Planning system and ensure product changes are implemented.
- Monitor and evaluate initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Review and analyze the gap between demand plan and sales budget.
- Develop and maintain the Demand Plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Contribute to the development of Demand strategy and ensure effective implementation.
- Manage the Demand review S&OP process, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Advanced Excel and Smartsheet.
- Demand systems experience is desirable.
- Supply chain systems experience, including ERP and M365 or NetSuite, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean and S&OP principles is desirable.
