We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Cricklewood, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operation during service and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Develop and implement new recipes, ensuring creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Lead and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment, promoting a positive and creative work culture.
- Manage kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting career growth and development.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Creativity, passion for cooking, and ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
