Job Title: Education Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students and teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering planned lessons and adjust activities to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Work closely with students who require additional support, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Plans, supporting students' emotional and social well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with students to effectively address their unique needs.
  • Provide vital classroom support, ensuring lessons run smoothly and that students remain engaged and focused on their learning.

Requirements:

  • Holds GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade 4) or equivalent.
  • Has a TA qualification or relevant experience in an educational setting.
  • Has experience supporting children, particularly those with SEN.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
