About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our Quedgeley nursery team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving success and delivering high-quality childcare and early education.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence in childcare and education.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to our educational programs and operational procedures to ensure the highest standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education for our children.

Requirements

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
