Job Summary

We are looking for seasoned real estate brokers to leverage their expertise in the UK property market and bring their skills to our thriving Dubai office. As a luxury real estate broker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors, providing expert advice on property transactions and investment opportunities in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the UK real estate market to offer valuable insights and advice to clients looking to invest in Dubai.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of property sales and leasing, including negotiations, contracts, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the Dubai team to ensure a seamless integration of services and provide a top-notch client experience.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least 1 year as a real estate broker in the UK, with experience in high-end residential and commercial properties.
  • Relevant real estate qualifications and certifications from the UK is a plus but not required mandatorily.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the real estate market trends and customer needs.
