About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Bakkavor Group. As a key member of our Procure to Pay team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of invoices, payments, and query management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and resolve queries and discrepancies related to purchase orders and invoices
  • Perform credit and refund processing, and ensure all controls and governance requirements are fulfilled
  • Prepare and analyze reports on Accounts Payable data, KPIs, and cash flow projections
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a sound understanding of the end-to-end Procure to Pay process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent service delivery attitude and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
