Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor or Senior to join our team as an Audit and Compliance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise client audit engagements, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Review and prepare financial statements for a diverse range of client assignments as required.
- Proactively interact with clients' management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
- Lead and coordinate the audit team to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Conduct substantive and compliance testing, identifying and resolving any errors.
- Investigate and provide recommendations for audit review queries, ensuring all relevant action points have been adequately addressed.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a solid understanding of auditing and compliance principles. The ideal candidate will have:
Intermediate to Advanced professional accounting practice experience.A Degree in Accountancy or related subject.ACA/ACCA qualified.Solid understanding of accounting and audit software.Strong MS Excel skills, ideally to advanced level.High level communication skills between clients, staff, and management.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.What We Offer
