About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Aspris School. The successful candidate will work closely with other therapists and professionals to provide support to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 1:1 assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Attend meetings to discuss students' progress and develop individualized plans
  • Participate in EHCP reviews to ensure students receive the necessary support
  • Observe and coach staff to improve their communication skills
  • Develop and deliver direct time sessions to support students' communication development
Requirements
  • Registered Speech and Language Therapist with a BSc or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with students with autism, ADHD, and other communication disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to students
