MLK Education Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our client's Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational vision and direction of the school.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong focus on improving student outcomes and enhancing the overall educational experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Girls' Provision, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student attainment and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum
- Line manage Subject Coordinators and support their professional development
- Contribute to the development of the school's strategic plan and budget
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Successful teaching experience at various levels in Key Stage 3 and 4
- Strong understanding of the Ofsted framework and Independent Schools Standards
- Experience of line management, performance management, and staff development
- Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
