About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our team at Conrad Consulting. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for leading projects and managing a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role.
  • ARB/RIBA qualification.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD software.
  • Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and client communication.
  • Previous experience in the Education sector is preferred.
