Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ecruit. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage stock, merchandising, and promotional activities
  • Solve issues promptly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations
  • Coach and support team members to develop their skills
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
