Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Fitter to join our team at Boden Group. As a Floor Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing flooring in social housing properties in Birmingham. This is a mobile role, requiring you to travel to various locations throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair flooring, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tiles.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in social housing or domestic properties.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
