About the Role

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Manager to join their team in Loughton. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio, assisting in overall management duties, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of properties
  • Assist in overall management duties, including maintenance and repairs
  • Build strong working relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiate tenancy renewals and ensure all legal compliance issues are met
  • Arrange safety certificates and ensure regular communication with clients

Requirements

  • 2 years+ Property Management experience essential
  • Experience with CFP would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage own diary
  • Impeccable customer service skills

What We Offer

  • Basic salary of £28,000
  • Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Great working environment with parking locally to the office

  • Support to gain ARLA qualification
