Position Overview: This role involves full-time commitment, requiring 37.5 hours of work each week.
Shift Details:
- 7.5 hours off the rota each week
- 30 hours dedicated to support
- Day shifts operate from 08:00 to 20:00
- Sleep-in shifts from 08:00 to 08:00
- A rotating schedule covering both weekdays and weekends.
Compensation Enhancements:
- A night shift premium of £1.00 per hour is applicable from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday (not applicable to sleep-in shifts).
- A weekend premium of £1.00 per hour is provided from 8pm Friday to 7am Monday (not applicable to sleep-in shifts).
Role Location: This position is situated in a supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small supported living service dedicated to providing round-the-clock care and assistance to individuals with complex needs.
In your capacity as a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire, you will play a crucial role in supervising a team of Support Workers. Your leadership will be characterized by enthusiasm and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for individuals with disabilities, utilizing a flexible and proactive approach.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional care, personal support, and assistance with daily living activities. By adhering to our Person-Centered approach, you will promote maximum independence for our clients, helping them to realize their individual goals and aspirations.
