Job Summary:

Elior UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and kitchen assistants to deliver high-quality food services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of cooks and kitchen assistants to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Budget Management: Control and manage kitchen budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service: Genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and a focus on the front line.
  • Teamwork: Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Catering Experience: Previous experience in catering or a related field is desirable.
