About the Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing a Volume Automotive Brand and providing exceptional levels of customer service. Your duties will include maintaining product knowledge, carrying out vehicle demonstrations, meeting sales targets, and advising on finance and insurance options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new models and features.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Carry out vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the success of the dealership.
  • Advise customers on finance, insurance, and accessories options to increase sales and revenue.
