Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic care to our patients and contributing to the development of our anaesthetic department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide anaesthetic care to patients in accordance with trust policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of our anaesthetic department, including the implementation of new procedures and protocols
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide cover for colleagues as required
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
  • At least seven years anaesthetic experience at senior level
  • EPALS/APLS training (desirable)
  • CCT/CESR in Anaesthesia or eligible for specialist registration within six months of interview
