Rapier Employment LTD is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Technician to join a small, family-oriented workshop in Steventon, Oxfordshire on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member, capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines, while also possessing excellent customer service abilities.

To qualify for this role, candidates should hold at least a Level 3 qualification in vehicle repair or have relevant experience in similar positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Performing repairs and diagnostic assessments
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Salary Range: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. Flexible working hours may be considered for the right candidate. Occasional Saturday morning work is required, with compensatory time off during the week.
