Job Summary

Norse Group is seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team at Malpas Church Primary in Newport. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the site is clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site.
  • Report any defects or issues to the Area Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed and adhered to.
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a cleaning or janitorial position.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the post, including the use of machinery and products.
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with members of the public and clients.
