The MAS Business Operations Group is in search of a proactive leader to take on the rewarding role of Programme Interface Team Leader.

In this role, you will leverage your leadership expertise and experience in managing technical specialists and client relationships, playing a vital role in the organization by ensuring a strong focus on delivery and customer engagement.


The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various internal customer areas to facilitate effective communication regarding service delivery, while enhancing confidence in performance through the development and implementation of capability health metrics.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a local team to achieve team and individual objectives safely and securely
  • Evaluating staff performance against established objectives and implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensuring the technical quality of work performed by the team through appropriate reviews
  • Aligning team activities with AWE's strategies, policies, and quality standards
  • Capturing knowledge to maintain and protect intellectual property
  • Performing additional duties as required by management
  • Promoting high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality
