Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating and Converting Sales: Utilize exceptional communication skills to convert sales from various sources, including telephone, web, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Scheme Demonstrations and Reservations: Showcase the premium homes and take reservations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Sale Management: Oversee the sale process through to exchange, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working Hours and Schedule: Work a standard 9.30am to 6pm schedule, 5 days a week, including weekends as part of the normal shift pattern.

Requirements:
  • Ambitious and Positive Attitude: We seek individuals with a strong desire to succeed and a positive outlook.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior new home sales experience, either from a housebuilder or a specialist new homes Estate Agency.
