About the Role:

M4 Recruitment - Oxfordshire Division is seeking a skilled Factory Operative to join our team at our Client's facility in Oxfordshire. As a Factory Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production of bespoke products, working closely with our production team to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of bespoke products, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Operate hand tools and machinery, following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Participate in heavy lifting and unloading/loading of vehicles, ensuring efficient logistics.
• Perform other duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the production line.

Requirements:

• Own transport for commuting to the facility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule to accommodate production needs.
