Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Spire Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs and quantities for facade projects, working closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for estimates
  • Prepare and present detailed estimates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure estimates meet project requirements
  • Monitor and report on project progress and costs

Requirements:

  • Strong estimating and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of building products and construction methods
