Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fully GMC registered with an appropriate medical qualification.
  • A proven leader and clinician with strong management and communication skills.
  • Experienced in a mental health environment and working within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of clinical governance.
  • Skilled in conducting medical appraisals, clinical supervision, and case management.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
