About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Registered Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of dedicated professionals who support individuals to live healthy, happy, and meaningful lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience in leading and developing teams. You will be a positive role model, an effective practice leader, and a guiding force for your team. Your focus will be on making a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support, and you will be accountable for all aspects of the home, including recruitment, retention, budget management, and rota planning.
