We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Carpenter to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of trade repairs and maintenance work to our clients in the Cambridge area and surrounding East Anglia region.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including kitchen and bathroom fitting, minor plumbing, tiling, and other related tasks.
- Work in both occupied and void properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Travel to various locations throughout East Anglia and surrounding areas, using a company-provided vehicle.
- Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
- Be flexible and able to work on an out-of-hours call-out rota, as required.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
- Experience of working in social housing settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A competitive salary of £33,000.
- A company van for work use.
