Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through face-to-face interactions and follow-up sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service: Sell memberships to customers through face-to-face discussions and follow-up sales calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Experience: Create an excellent experience for customers through a friendly and helpful attitude, providing them with the best service advice to fit their needs.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone, via email, and in person, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide customers with information on our internal upgrades, such as hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy, or 'fantastic foot treatment', promoting our services and driving sales.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Requirements:
    • Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
    • Eligible to work in the UK and fluent in English, spoken and written.
