Key Responsibilities:

  2. Service a diverse range of heavy tracked plant JCB machines, both on and off site.

  5. Manage paperwork and timesheets efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  6. Request parts effectively, minimizing downtime and optimizing service delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Supervise apprentices, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safe working procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment, prioritizing safety and quality.
  10. Present a professional image at all times, representing Market 36 Recruitment with integrity and expertise.
  11. Take responsibility for the health and safety of self, colleagues, and customers, adhering to the Company's health and safety policy.
  12. Ensure tools are safe and legal to use, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  1. Solid mechanical aptitude, with the ability to service a wide range of heavy equipment.
  2. Experience with JCB machines, including investigation and diagnosis of technical problems.
  3. Lone working ability, with excellent verbal, written, and critical thinking skills.

Market 36 Recruitment offers a competitive salary of up to £37,400, with opportunities for overtime paid at 1.5 times the standard rate. This is a permanent position, with a 40-hour workweek and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
