About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Events Coordinator to join our sales team at the Castle Hotel Windsor. As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling meetings and event enquiries, building relationships with clients, and creating memorable events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle meetings and event enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Use organisational and planning skills to create memorable events that exceed client expectations
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
