Product Manager

As a Product Owner, you will play a key part in driving innovation, working closely with diverse internal teams and clients to deliver impactful products.
Key Responsibilities:- Client-Facing & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, developing and refining user stories to ensure alignment with product strategy and client requirements.
- Wireflow Management: Own and actively manage product wireflows in collaboration with UX/UI and development team members.
- Agile & Scrum Leadership: Participate in agile frameworks, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team understands the product vision and goals.
- App Experience & Technical Understanding: Collaborate with the development team, leveraging experience in mobile and web app development, and having a reasonable understanding of technical aspects, including APIs and integrations.
- Product Roadmap: Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring continuous product improvement and timely feature delivery.
- Managing Dependencies: Handle dependencies between teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with both clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity in project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Work closely with design teams to ensure that the user experience and interface are intuitive, efficient, and meet client needs.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a tech business, ideally with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning.
- Hands-on experience with app development projects, with a good grasp of technical concepts such as APIs and system integrations.
- A solid understanding of UX/UI principles to guide the development of user-friendly products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client dependencies while maintaining an ongoing product roadmap.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Experience building and managing a long-term product roadmap.
- Familiarity with app design and development, particularly within a client-focused environment.
- Knowledge of API integrations and experience managing technical dependencies.
