The successful candidate will provide leadership and functional line management for the Engineering Project Management team, ensuring the successful delivery of critical equipment. They will support Engineering Project Managers in achieving project milestones, while fostering collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Engineering Project Management team.
  • Support EPMs in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement team improvement initiatives to drive continuous development.
  • Conduct high-quality development and performance evaluations to maximize team potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading teams and individuals, with a strong track record in managing people performance and development.
  • Ability to define, implement, and embed strategic direction, providing clarity of vision and mission.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with various management tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
