Job Overview

Fram Search is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior IFA Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage client documentation, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare necessary materials, and ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements, providing valuable insights to our Financial Advisors.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery, building strong relationships and trust.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role, preferably in a wealth management firm.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage, but not required.
