About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community and Events Executive to join our team at Crisis UK. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in Community and Events Fundraising, ensuring that our team income target is achieved, and developing new opportunities to support our mission to end homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing events and community products to achieve a good return on investment
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new opportunities for fundraising and community engagement
  • Develop and implement multi-channel fundraising marketing campaigns, including paid digital
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our gaming and streaming fundraising offer and volunteer collections
Requirements
  • Proven track record of planning, delivering, and evaluating fundraising products and events
  • Experience in relationship management and stewardship
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting deadlines and financial targets
  • Confidence in working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
