About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrician to join our commercial projects team at RGR. As an Approved Electrician, you will be responsible for working on a mobile basis across a wide variety of electrical projects in commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical installations, upgrades, and replacements across a commercial property portfolio.
  • Wiring, cabling, containment, trunking, armoured cables, lighting (security, safety interior, exterior), LED upgrades, power distribution, transformers, single and 3-phase power supplies, data points, etc.
  • Testing and inspection of electrical systems.
  • Portfolio may include offices, warehouses, labs, data centers, etc.
What We Offer
  • £40,000 basic salary.
  • Permanent, PAYE role (monthly pay).
  • Company van and fuel card provided.
  • Paid overtime available between 1.5 - 2 times the rate.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (total 33 days).

Requirements
  • Must be a qualified Electrician (hold one of the following or equivalent): City and Guilds 2330 Level 3, City and Guilds 236 Part 2, NVQ Level 3.
  • Must hold or be happy to undertake testing and inspection qualifications - City and Guilds 2391.
  • Must hold or be working towards City and Guilds 18th Edition.
  • Must have experience within electrical installation works.
  • Highly desirable to have worked within commercial environments/commercial electrical systems.
  • Must be able to legally work and drive in the UK.
