Director of Research and Innovation

We're building a world-class qualitative research and creative strategy team within NielsenIQ. As a seasoned director, you'll lead the development of our European team, leveraging your expertise in qualitative research and creative strategy to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with sales teams and clients to identify opportunities for high-impact brand strategy and innovation projects.
- Develop and oversee the delivery of high-impact projects that build great relationships with clients, incorporating leading-edge qualitative approaches.
- Design and implement research techniques and solutions to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- 7+ years' experience in a relevant industry (CPG, consulting, account management)
- Relevant experience with research techniques and solutions in related industries
- Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment
- Demonstrated record of business development and client partnership
