We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site, ensuring all work meets required standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Supervision: Manage electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electricians and contractors, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  4. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect electrical work to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  5. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in supervising electrical projects, particularly in commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare sectors.
  2. Relevant Certifications: Hold relevant electrical certifications and qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2365 (17th Edition), and City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing) or equivalent.
  3. Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify potential issues on-site and implement solutions quickly to keep projects on track.
  6. Health and Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the electrical industry.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
Additional Requirements:
  1. Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid UK driving license.
  2. Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel to various project sites as required.
