We are seeking a skilled Lighting Design Engineer to lead our lighting design department and drive business growth in the Yorkshire & Northeast Region.

As a Lighting Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in achieving sales, profitability, and other targets within the nominated customer account base, while ensuring customer profitability margins are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow new business within the lighting design department
  • Lead with stakeholder management and develop business opportunities in multiple market sectors
  • Provide total solutions for customers matching their specifications
  • Work with design platforms such as AutoCAD or ReluxCAD
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Over 21 years old
  • No more than 3 points on your licence
  • Minimum 2+ years lighting design experience
  • Experience using design platforms such as AutoCAD or ReluxCAD
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
