As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets by motivating and supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers have a positive experience within our store, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere that showcases our products.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, working in conjunction with Brand guidelines to create an engaging and appealing store environment.
- Team Management: Support the Store Manager in training and developing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Process deliveries in a timely manner, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure that products are presented in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a high level of housekeeping, ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of visual merchandising and customer service principles.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and support a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment.
