This role will report to the Client Controls - Engagements and Issues Management Team Lead and will focus on implementing key processes and governance surrounding 'Regulatory Change' processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulations management and a passion for establishing robust processes in line with Citi Client's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in centrally overseeing a portfolio of non-regulatory engagements
  • Manage the progress of planned engagements, including internal control functions
  • Design and implement reporting capabilities for effective communication of engagement progress
  • Provide support and challenge during complex reviews performed by control functions

Qualifications:

  • Experience in risk, compliance, or related control functions
  • Project management skills and excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause identification
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications
