Job Opportunity: Property Administrator

Connections Recruitment is proud to partner with a successful property development group to find a skilled Property Administrator who will play a crucial role in their continued success.

Our client has a strong track record in delivering residential units, with a focus on off-plan residential development. As part of their growing team, you'll work alongside a dedicated group of professionals at their Altrincham head office, with onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact, managing incoming calls and email queries.
  • Guide clients through their journey, ensuring clear communication of next steps and timely progression.
  • Liaise with external partners to facilitate processes and troubleshoot any challenges.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely progression of necessary procedures.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications, providing regular updates.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate records.
  • Collaborate with associated partners to support team and client needs.
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
  • Maintain organised filing and archiving systems.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets to track progress and other key information.
  • Provide general administrative support, including printing, copying, and scanning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to provide high-level support both over the phone and in person. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in property administration, financial services, or a related field is highly desirable.
