Job Title: E-commerce Producer

Spring Studios is seeking a skilled E-commerce Producer to join their team on a large eCommerce account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production of eCommerce model shoots, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the project team throughout various stages, from development to post-production.
  • Support the management of the eCommerce production team, including budgeting and freelancer invoicing.
  • Oversee post-production aspects, including team efficiency, retouch notes, and quality control of assets.
  • Assist with casting briefs and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Manage and action casting for ad-hoc briefs.
  • Support the management of casual/freelance staff in relation to project requirements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the eCommerce production team by suggesting new talent and improving processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
