We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced health visitors to join our teams in Clackmannan and Falkirk, working with a diverse client population, including children and families with known additional needs.
The successful candidates will become key members of our health visiting teams, working on caseload management, child protection, and health improvement initiatives. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential requirements.
Responsibilities will include working with families presenting with complex needs, managing caseloads, and contributing to health improvement work. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery may be required.
